1. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Products must be unused and in their original packaging
- Return request must be initiated within 2 days of delivery
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
3. Refund Process

- Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
- Ship the product back to us
- Refund will be processed within 3-4 business days after receiving the return
- Once refund is approved and processed, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days
